kids smoothie cups recipe ideas

Blending fruits and veggies into smoothies and serving them in smoothie cups is one of the best ways to encourage your infant, toddler, and older children to get more vitamins. You may enhance the likelihood that your children will drink the smoothie, love it and ask for more.

On a great day, smoothies can provide you with 5 to 10 minutes of extra time of peace so that you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a hot shower. Brightberry's new kids smoothie cups come with a secure lid and stopper straw to help prevent the mess.

You can use these healthy smoothie cup recipe ideas for healthy snack times and breakfast. The portions are large enough for two kids or a mama and bub smoothie.
