• FREE Shipping: for orders over $130.
• Flat rate: $9.95 for other orders (excludes wholesale).
• Typical delivery times:
  • Standard Post: 2-8 days (up to 15 for WA & NT).
  • Express Post: 1-4 days.
• Dispatch: Orders are dispatched from either our Sydney or Sunshine Coast warehouse within 1-3 business days (longer during sales periods). We pack orders daily, and you will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
• Carrier: We use Australia Post tracked post service. 

🌍 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• FREE International Shipping: US Orders Over US$90 | CA Orders Over CA$130 | NZ Orders Over NZ$160 | UK Orders Over £70 | (Excludes Wholesale).
• Shipping Cost: Flat rate US $10.95 | Canada $13.95 | UK  £10.95 
  For other countries, the rate is calculated based on weight & destination at checkout.
• Typical delivery times to major cities:

    USA & Canada:  5-9 business days
    Other Countries: 6-20 business days

• Dispatch: Orders are dispatched from Australia and shipped within 1-3 business days  (longer during sales periods). We pack and ship orders daily. You will receive tracking information to your email when your order is shipped.
• Carrier: We use Australia Post International pack & track service.
• Tracking: Once the parcel lands in your country, use the provided tracking number with your national post service to track your parcel more accurately.
