- FREE Shipping: for orders over $130.
- Flat rate: $9.95 for other orders (excludes wholesale).

Typical delivery times:
- Standard Post: 2-8 days (up to 15 for WA & NT).
- Express Post: 1-4 days.
- Dispatch: Orders are sent from Sunshine Coast, QLD, within 1-3 business days. You will receive tracking information when your order is shipped.
- Carrier: We use Australia Post, or Aramex tracked post service.
- Authority to leave: Most domestic orders are shipped with a signature required on delivery. If unavailable, your parcel will be held at the nearest post office. To avoid this, you can add a note to your order: 'authority to leave' at checkout, permitting the driver to leave the package in a designated 'safe place' at your address.

- Shipping Cost: Flat rate UK £9.50 | US $9.95 | Canada $13.50. For other countries, the rate is calculated based on weight & destination at checkout.

- Tracking: Once the parcel lands in your country, use the provided tracking number with your national post service to track your parcel more accurately.
